There are two ways to cancel your account. You may cancel on your own on the site, or you may contact us by phone or email and we can cancel the account for you.
To cancel your account on your own, go to the Billing & Subscription tab in your Dashboard. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button on the right. On the next page, scroll down and click the checkbox to confirm the cancellation.
Due to specific types of usage, on rare occasions, some customers may be asked to call to cancel their account so that we can receive their feedback about the service. If calling is not convenient, feel free to submit a support request.
Once your account is successfully cancelled a cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was used to register the account. Please ensure you receive this email to document the cancellation of your account.

Please note that canceling your account will not automatically issue a refund. Typically our subscriptions are non-refundable. For more information about refunds, check out our refund policy.
MOBILE BROWSER USERS: Please note that canceling your account online must be done through a desktop browser, or by contacting support. Our current mobile site does not support cancellations.
